Vaina was born into a family of elves who had been a magician for many generations and inherited a secret book passed down from their ancestors. Due to a long tradition of magic, the Vaina family is a bit haughty and conceited. They worshiped magic and despised the assassin, ranger, and warrior classes. Vaina was under pressure to continue the family business, so he left to travel and learn magic to pursue a free life. During an attack by the fire demon, Vaina was saved by Avornia.
