Far from the south of Aqua, where the sea was frozen year-round, a castle of ice and snow were ruled by Pasthera the Frosthardy. She is the goddess of the winter, a powerful Ancient who brought bone-chilling winds and blizzards. Pasthera had a beloved son with the Elder Titan Aqua, the god of waters. But one day, her newborn son disappeared from the castle. Pasthera rushed into the room and was shocked to see an empty cradle in front of her. Filled with rage, Pasthera left her frozen territory searching for the child. Pasthera has disguised herself in many forms: merchants, Atlantis citizens, monsters, and other creatures. She then recruited subordinates from all over the world to help her find her son. When a child was found, Pasthera would come in the dark, bring the cold frost covering the entire land and kidnap the child. She would bring that child back to her territory. If that child turned to ice, Pasthera would realize that she got the wrong one, and she would continue to search for and kidnap children until she found her beloved son.
