Khann the Lighbringer is the only Dark Ancient who's not affected by the corruption magic. He was once the most beautiful and the wisest of all Light Ancients, the one with shinning wings that made some people think he was the son of Lucas the Titan of Light. But then he chose to worship the Dark Lord because he has learned that if The Mother Goddess gave birth to her children, it would be the end of all species, except for Elves and Humans. Every creature that wasn't Goddess's children would be evaporated into nothing, and so would the whole universe. Animals, Plants, Ancients, Dwarves, etc. nothing would remain. And at the end, only Humans and Elves left, the species that Khann believed have nothing better than other kinds. So he came to Kingdom of Darkness, willing to help Obscurus destroy the fetuses before they grown enough to be born. And though corruption magic could not siege his mind, it turned his body into the demonic monster as we see today.
